Rating: A+
The Limited Edition, three DVD set
contains over seven hours of rare and unreleased videos from
Rock Gods AC/DC. Disc One covers, in-depth, the Bon Scott era
and begins way back in 1975. When we say rare, we mean rare, we
are talking about gigs at Sydney's St. Alban's High School!
The Bon era features rare
interviews ranging from 1976-1979 and live performances of Scott
era classics "Highway to Hell," "Live Wire," "Bad Boy Boogie,"
"Rock N Roll Damnation," "Hell Ain't a Bad Place to Be,"
"Problem Child," "The Jack," "Whole Lotta Rosie" and more.
DVD two picks the
story up in 1981 with "Shot Down in Flames" featuring Brian
Johnson on the mic. Other classics include "You Shook Me All
Night Long," "Back in Black," "TNT," Shoot to Thrill" and many
more. Bonus features include the
Beavis & Butthead Ballbreaker Tour
intro film from 1996 as well as other interviews form 1981-2003.
The Limited Edition
features a third DVD titled Between
the Cracks that features rare
performances from as early as 1976 and a live concert from 1983.
This is an exhaustive look
at one of the best bands to ever plug a Gibson into an amp and
crank it up to 11.
