ROB HALFORD
TALKS TO CLASSIC ROCK REVISITED |

Conducted by Jeb Wright
Produced by
Kevin Lee Clark
The Metal God, Rob Halford, is back with
two solo CDs, a clothing line and an upcoming DVD.
Have no fear, though, all is well within Judas Priest.
Halford is simply stretching his wings and using his
solo outfit, aptly titled 'Halford' to satisfy that
creative itch that creeps up outside of his day gig.
A new CD titled Live in Anaheim
features the Halford band performing what was the last
gig together before Rob rejoined Priest. The
setlist contains his best solo material plus several
Judas Priest classics. Also out is The
Crucible: Remixed & Remastered as well as a few new
Metal God t-shirts. Coming soon is the DVD
companion to the Anaheim gig.
In this interview we discuss Rob's life
at the time of the live album, if the Crucible
lived up to its predecessor, Resurrection, and
how he came to rejoin Priest. We also take the
time to talk about Judas Priest's 30th anniversary of
British Steel, recording in John Lennon's home and
the lyrical inspiration behind some of Judas Priest's
most classic songs.
