The U.K. Singles Volume One: 1972-1978 is how things should be done. OMG (yeah…I said ‘OMG’ even though I am 52) this box set is killer cool and collectable!

For starters you get a ton of hits and b-sides all in one special package.  We are talking 45 RPM singles plus 1978's "The ELO EP," each fully recreated from their original releases more than four decades ago. It is all remastered from the analog source tapes and each of the 16 7" vinyl discs in the collection features detailed reproductions of the original sleeves and labels from the 1970s.  It is literally a box of records!  This is soooooo cool! 

Hall of Famers, ELO, racked up more combined USA and UK Top 40 hits than any band on Earth between 1972 and 1986. They sold over 50 million records around the globe. Nine of the singles included here reached the Top 10 British charts…many more of these tunes are on rock radio somewhere in the world…always! 

This is for the ELO collector and it is, for lack of a better word, neat-o!
