Blood of the Sun – Burning on the Wings of Desire
On November 27th, a band called Blood of the Sun will release Burning on the Wings of Desire.
If you like Blue Oyster Cult, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep, then you will want to check out Blood on the Sun. The band is a true throwback to grand, bold and loud rock and roll complete with plenty of Hammond B3 organ and tons of guitar riffs and solos. These fuckers flat out rock hard and love what they are doing.
“Good and Evil” will hook the listener and get their fists pumping like it is 1973 all over again.
The tunes “Let It Roll,” “The Snitch,” “Good and Evil” and “Burning on the Wings of Desire” would have been classics if released 40 years ago.
Just the fact that this band is proving real music from yesteryear can still exist today is enough to excite any true hard rock fan. The new tunes feature creative songwriting and spirited musicianship.
Blood of the Sun prove rock and roll is alive and well and that there are still bands who desire to be real hard rock musicians.
Buy this one and crank it up loud and often.
